More about us: Origin story: During COVID-19 we were quiet, lonely musicians. Then when we were allowed to join forces we became loud and less lonely. Our members: Orla Cunningham (lead vocals/ resident girl) - Orla has a background in performing and entertaining; running her own themed entertainment company RPNI Events LTD. Orla brings theatricality and impressive multi-award winning vocals to the mix. Orla is never afraid to dance with the guests and get them to join in! Ryan Belshaw (vocals and rhythm guitar) - Owner and operator of The Musician Academy in Lisburn. Ryan can play many instruments and has been in many bands. Ryan is an experienced professional frontman and has performed in many bands throughout the years. Matt Milford (keys) - Matt hails from a theatrical dynasty. Matt has been performing and arranging music for large scale performances since before Myspace became a thing. Matt's theatrics brings a real sense of fun to our set; he can turn tired classics into something quirky and fun. Matt is pretty nerdy about sound and alongside Ryan they have all the brains and gadgets to show The Gatecrashers off, making sure the sound is just perfect. Conor Cunningham (lead guitar) - married to Orla, but also objectively very handsome and talented. Has played in some of Northern Ireland's most prestigious bands before forming The Gatecrashers. Conor can also play bass and drums! Conor has been known to stand on top of tables playing his virtuosic guitar solos. John Poland (drums) - Owner and operator of JMP Drums tuition. John has played in many many bands; he's super detail oriented and is a perfectionist. He's probably the most organised drummer in Northern Ireland. Max Couhig (bass) - Max is a full time multi instrumental tutor at The Musician Academy. He's the baby of the band but every bit as talented as the Millennial band members.
